All our products are copyrighted. You do not have permission to copy or reproduce any part of our products for any reason without our express permission.

Our products clearly state which are photocopiable and which are not. None of our student printed workbooks are photocopiable. The Copyright Act gives clear guidelines on what can be photocopied and how. There are limited exceptions for educational use; you must be registered with the ICLA (icla.ie) who work and collect fees on our behalf. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the website are copyrighted and are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products.

The price listed on the website for our products will be as advertised at the time you place your order. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

All products are subject to availability.

A sales contract is an agreement between a buyer and seller covering the sale and delivery of goods. The contract between you and TEFL Resources for a sale begins when we accept your payment and continues until the product or service is delivered to you. That acceptance is deemed complete and effectively communicated to you when we send the receipt (whether or not you receive it).

Our policy is to deliver products within 2–3 working days of your order within Ireland, where in stock. If not in stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. Products are subject to availability. We are not responsible for losses, costs, damages or charges you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply products. At the time of delivery you may be required to sign for it, after which the products become your sole responsibility. For shipping methods listed as 'not traceable', products become your sole responsibility after dispatch.

We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched, with the exception of special orders.

Customers unsatisfied with a purchase may contact us to return it within 14 days of the date of purchase. A return authorization must be issued before an item is returned. This is to protect our author's copyright. Please contact us before sending any products back to us. Books must be in perfect condition (not used in any way).

Please note: all software items, CD-ROMs/DVD-ROMs, audio CDs and cassettes, worksheets, students' workbooks and photocopiable materials are non-returnable items. Again this is to protect our author's copyright. This does not affect your statutory rights, i.e. if the product is faulty or damaged.

We may change the website and correct or update information (including product information) at any time without notice. Except in relation to the description of products, we do not guarantee and are not responsible for the accuracy of information on the website, nor that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of defects.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all uses of your account, whether or not authorised by you.

We reserve the right to change these terms or our policies (including those relating to price or availability) at any time without notice; changes take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure. Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of it unless agreed by us in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. If any provision is held unlawful by a competent court, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.

The information on this website is for information purposes only. Although we make every effort to ensure it is correct, it is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We accept no liability beyond your statutory rights.
